Yes! We will be at APE 2011! We have table 508; according to TwoEvils.org, there are six skaters using “508″ as their number.
Unfortunately we will not be releasing Issue 3 as derby, life, injury, etc. got in the way, but we will have some new Hey Derby Girl! art available.
As you may or may not have heard, our beloved Bay Area Derby Girls were robbed at gunpoint in July. The league is still in need of help and love, and so we’ll be donating a portion of our Hey Derby Girl! comic sales to our BAD Girls.
Not only that, but Elle will also be contributing a portion of sales from any derby-related sketch to Bay Area. She’s more than happy to draw you or your favorite comic character — your choice! Check it out:
